what is included in my order?
You will receive one (1) new autographed/personalized trade paperback for each that you have selected and paid for.
are the books new?
Yes, all books are new. We do not sell used merchandise.
when will my order ship?
All orders are processed within one to two business days of receipt. Your method of shipping will determine the amount of time it takes for your order to be delivered. You will receive an email when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. International orders will take additional time to receive due to the shipping process.
i want to purchase a gift for someone, but i don't know what they want. do you have gift cards?
Yes. The Nicole Edwards Store offers gift cards. Minimum amount of $10.00, maximum amount of $100. 00. Once the order is processed, the recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem.
do i have to pay tax?
Only residents of Texas will have to pay sales tax. This will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart.
do i have to pay shipping?
Yes.. All orders will be charged shipping. This will be calculated in your shopping cart.
do you have free shipping?
Yes. For orders delivered in the U.S. only, shipping is free for orders over $50.
will you ship internationally?
Yes. We will ship to anywhere that the United States Postal Service ships to. Shipping will be calculated in your shopping cart.
i want something extra written in the book, where do i put it?
The site requires you to put a name in the personalization field. Nicole will also add a short note if you would like (i.e. Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary etc) as well as her own note to the recipient. BE SURE to add the name of the person in the "Personalize to" section. You can also add additional notes at checkout.
can i contact you directly before placing my order?
Absolutely. You can contact us anytime. Before or after your purchase. Just send an email to NEbooks@NicoleEdwardsLimited.com and we will gladly answer any questions that you may have.
what if i forgot to put the information for the inscription?
If your order has not shipped and the books have not been made out to the buyer already, Nicole will gladly personalize your book(s). Just send an email to NEbooks@NicoleEdwardsLimited.com with the Title "Forgot to add information to my order" and we will ensure this is taken care of. If your order has already shipped, or the books have already been signed, Nicole will not be able to change; however, by default, the book(s) will be made out to the buyer.
is there a discount if i purchase all the books in a series?
For some of the series, yes, there is a discount. You must purchase the book bundle, not individually.
what if i need my order rushed and would like to use a different shipping carrier?
Your order will automatically be charged shipping based on the USPS selection that you have made. The prices are calculated directly through the ordering system. If you need your books delivered via a different carrier, please email us prior to placing your order. We will work with you directly to find the shipping cost from another carrier.
how do you determine the shipping charge?
The shipping charge is exactly what the US Postal Service charges and is automatically calculated through the ordering system. There is no additional charges added to the shipping.
can i get a refund?
No refunds or cancellations on personalized items once they have been signed and/or shipped.
what if my book is damaged?
Provided you selected insurance on your order, the damaged book can be replaced. Please send an email to NEbooks@NicoleEdwardsLimited.com with the title: Damaged Shipment, along with your order number and a picture reflecting the damage. A representative will contact you with instructions for a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping the damaged book back to us.

WHY SHOULD I PREORDER?
Nicole is unable to take all books to the signings that she attends. For those that she can take, the quantities are limited. If you want to ensure you have the book you want at the signing, preordering is your best option.
HOW DO I PREORDER?
There is a special section within the Nicole Edwards Store where you can purchase books for preorder. All eligible books state "Book Signing Pickup" in the title. You are required to select which book signing you will be at so that Nicole can be sure to bring your purchase with her. You will not be charged shipping on your purchase because it is a "pick up" item, therefore the book(s) will not be shipped to you.
WHICH SHIPPING METHOD DO I SELECT?
You will select the book signing you will be attending as your shipping method. There will be no charge for shipping. If something changes and you need the books shipped to you, we will have to invoice you for shipping or your order will be canceled and refunded to you.
WILL MY BOOKS BE SIGNED BEFORE THE SIGNING?
No, your book(s) will not be signed before the signing. Nicole will sign them for you when you arrive to pick them up.
DO I HAVE TO PAY NOW?
Yes. You will have to pay for the books when you preorder them. You will select the book signing you will attend as the shipping method so that you will not be charged shipping on the order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T GO TO THE SIGNING AND I HAVE ALREADY PREORDERED?
As long as you have not picked up the books at the signing, your order can be cancelled and you will be refunded the full amount. The preorder is a courtesy to readers who want certain books that Nicole will not have at the signing with her. We know that life happens and sometimes you are unable to attend. Should you not be able to pick up the books at the signing, you have the choice of being invoiced for shipping and we will send the books to you directly, or we can cancel your order and refund your money. Please email us directly at NEbooks@NicoleEdwardsLimited.com if you have any questions or need to request for your order to be cancelled.
IF I CAN'T GO TO THE SIGNING, BUT I WANT THE BOOKS SHIPPED TO ME, WHAT DO I DO?
In order to have the books shipped to you, we will have to invoice you for shipping. Please contact us via email at NEbooks@NicoleEdwardsLimited.com with your order information and we will send you a shipping invoice. Otherwise, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.
HOW LONG WILL THE PREORDERS BE OPEN BEFORE THE SIGNING?
Preorders will be closed roughly three weeks prior to the book signing.
IF NICOLE IS UNABLE TO GO TO THE SIGNING FOR SOME REASON, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ORDER?
In the event that Nicole has to cancel (due to a family emergency or something of that nature), you will have the option of being refunded for your books, or we can invoice you for shipping and then the books will be sent to you.
IF THE BOOK SIGNING IS CANCELLED, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ORDER?
If for some reason the book signing is canceled, you will have the option of being refunded for your books or we can invoice you for shipping and then the books will be sent to you.
