THEIR LOVE IS UNDENIABLE… Happily married for four and a half years, Beau and Ethan Walker are ready for the next phase in their lives. They want what so many people dream of: A baby. THEIR COMMITMENT IS UNWAVERING… Expanding their family with a tiny bundle of joy isn’t as easy for them as it is for the rest of the Walker clan. However, they have options and they’re willing to do what it takes because they’ve learned that the things worth fighting for aren’t always easy, but they are definitely worth it. THEIR STRENGTH WILL BE TESTED… Despite their deep desire and their endless efforts to start a family, there are outside forces working against them. Some they can see, others they can’t. Every step forward seems to take them two steps back. Only during their darkest moments do Beau and Ethan realize their true strength comes from the most important things they have: love, family, and each other. |

Family Outing...
Family Fun @ Formula 1If you're not a Formula 1 fan, you probably won't understand my enthusiasm, but this was an event I'd been looking forward to since the end of the season last year. And since we have our very own Formula 1 track here in Austin, Texas - Circuit of the Americas - we knew we had to be part of it. While I hadn't seen a Formula 1 race until the end of the season last year, my youngest son and my husband convinced me to sit down and watch the race in Austin on television. I was hooked, but that's not surprising since I'm a huge fan of plenty of sports. For whatever reason, this one keeps me on the edge of my seat. After the end of last season, we decided we would look into options to go this year, so we bought our tickets and we waited patiently for the big day to finally arrive. |

Nicole's Hot Sheet - Edition #194
It's Fall, y'all!
In case you didn't notice, I have recently changed email providers. So, if you are receiving this newsletter, it's because you signed up for my Hot Sheet on Mailchimp. Going forward, the Hot Sheet will come from here. And this means the hot sheet may look a little different. As another FYI, I'm in the process of changing a few things up, including my website and my newsletters. I will continue to send out the Notification Newsletter (this goes out when there are new releases, preorders, other news, etc) but I am considering adding the Hot Sheet to my new blog.
I'm spread thin these days and you know me, I'm always looking for a way to do things better, more efficient. Mostly because I want to make some time to write - if and when I actually get back in that mode.
In case you're wondering, I'm still not writing. Sure, I've written a few thousand words in the past month, but nothing compared to what I normally do and nothing that's going to result in a finished book anytime soon. And yes, I am finally at the point that I'm worried. But, fear not, I am going to the doctor to have a discussion about my depression. See if there's something we need to do, changes that might need to be made. That sort of thing.
So, stay tuned for some changes coming. I'll be sure to update you as I know them. In the meantime, check out my new website. There's all sorts of fun stuff on there.
Anyway... That's all I've got for now. I hope you have a fabulous October!
Much love,
Nicole

GUESS WHO IS JOINING US??? (AGAIN)
welcome back, taylor!!!I am so excited to announce that Taylor will be coming back to Nicole Edwards Limited. As many of you know, Taylor is my daughter. She worked for me a couple of years ago and then she branched out into the "real" world. She got some experience in that realm and she has enjoyed doing what she was doing, but it appears everything has fallen into place for her to take her place in the family business. And starting Monday, October 8, she'll officially be back! For most of this year, I've had a virtual assistant (the fabulous Jenna), but I've come to the conclusion that I need someone in-house, so to speak. I've learned over the years that having an assistant is imperative in this business, mainly because I want to spend as much time writing as I possibly can and there are so many other things necessary to keep the business running smoothly. Bringing Taylor back onboard is the most logical in my opinion. As for my hubby, he's going to go full-throttle in the real estate world. While he's been dabbling a bit these past couple of years, I have continued to draw him back into my world because I always need more help. With Taylor here, that will allow Steven to move into real estate full-time. (If you're in Texas, give him a ring.) I hope you will all welcome Taylor back into the fold. You'll be seeing quite a bit of her on social media, etc, but she will also be managing all of Nicole Edwards Limited as well as the hubby's business as needed. |
